Lady A Pittsburgh reviews
Amazing concert...favourite venue!
I travelled 8 hours to attend this concert and it was worth every minute!
I was able to purchase 3rd row tickets and I am so happy that I spent a little more to get such great seats. I have seen Our Lady Peace several times and have never been disappointed...this concert was no exception! OLP’s concerts are consistently great. The band always sounds great, Raine Maida’s voice is always strong and to me, magical :)
I have been a fan since their first album and I have seen them play throughout the years, but this show was different in the sense that the band didn’t look as serious and Raine Maida smiled throughout the show. He looked so happy and grateful to be there which in turn makes his fans want to be there.
The Bud stage is my favourite location in the summer for concerts...I wouldn’t change a thing!
Excellent concert, excellent venue!
OLP Rocked It!
OLP Rocked It! As they always do every time I see them. Absolutely love Our Lady Peace, as does my whole family! The entrance process was well run - checking vaccination records before security, metal detector check, door/ticket check. Having the merchandise tables downstairs was great! That made it much easier for space upstairs and to review and buy merch downstairs. After many many years of standing on main floor, my wife and I have done the balcony thing the last few concerts. The upstairs bar and bathroom is great! The only negatives are that the rail is at just the wrong height so it blocks the stage while sitting. Of course my family of 8 stood for all of OLP anyway, but that also blocked the people behind us in the 2nd row, causing the to ask us to sit, which we couldn't because of the rail. Also, sure wish the balcony upgrade wasn't quite so expensive.
Great show by OLP
Maybe a bit too much blabla from the holograms, especially because it was hard to understand what they were saying. Other than the that the band did a great show.
I am a bit surprised by just how limited the gallery view of the stage is, that's something that I guess could have been solved with some engineering. Right now anybody on the sides, three or more rows from the edge will see no more than 60% of the stage, so take that into account.
The sound is quite good, access is fine, the hall is very nice and retro. All in all a great venue and the right size (it seems) for many of the bands I like (very few are popular enough to fill larger ones).
Rocked My World!!
I had the pleasure of attending a remarkable rock concert by the acclaimed band Our Lady Peace, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Master's of their craft, along with the exceptional vocals of lead singer Raine Maida, created an electrifying ambiance that had the crowd captivated from start to finish.
The band's profound passion for their music shone through every note, as they skillfully crafted each song into a masterpiece. The concert was an immersive journey into the essence of Canadian rock music history, with intricate guitar solos and stunning drumming that had the entire audience mesmerized.
But it wasn't just the band's music that was remarkable - the wonderful future lighting and stage effects elevated the performance to a whole new level. The meticulous attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the show made it a truly classy affair.
I've been to my fair share of concerts, but this one was truly special. Our Lady Peace's passion for their music and their fans was unmistakable throughout the entire show. It's clear that they love what they do and are incredibly talented at it. The audience was left awe-inspired by their virtuosity, and it's safe to say that their enduring musical artistry will remain etched in our memories for a long time to come.
